Sonoma Valley Sun: Food Network Star Films at Schellville Grill
"In Schellville Grill's kitchen, Fieri dipped into Nagan's BBQ sauce and declared it 'better than any store-bought barbecue sauce.' Nagan showed Fieri how to make his tri-tip rub, which includes hand-ground black pepper, dried chipotle, tomato powder, natural smoke flavor, mustard, brown sugar, rosemary, garlic, onion powder and salt, which he also sprinkles on fries. Fieri said 'the fine grind assures equal dispersement of flavors. I would love it on fries. I'd love it on flip flops.'
