The Schellville Grill
The Schellville Grill opened on 02/02/02 in the building formerly known as Ford’s Cafe.
The restaurant seats 50 people inside and 90 outdoors. We often feature live music — call for more information or keep up with us on Facebook!
Matthew Nagan, Owner
Matthew is a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America (CIA). He moved to Sonoma County in 1988, where he created a line of mustards, salad dressings and burritos. Matthew’s Burritos are still sold in the West and Midwest, though Matthew has since turned over the business operations. He opened the Schellville Grill in 2002.
In 2008, he spent a summer in Tuscany studying Italian cuisine (and teaching them a thing or two as well!). While there, he purchased a home in San Gennaro which will be available for rent in 2010, with optional culinary tours available as well!
Emily Nagan, Pastry Chef
Emily, Matthew's sister, joined the Grill in 2009 when her family moved to California from Minnesota. She is the mastermind behind all the desserts served at the Grill! Stay in touch with Desserts by Emily on Facebook!
